Executive coaching

When you want Steve's calendar, not just his attention.

The Chairman's Circle PRO line is Steve on demand: text him, no standing calls, no homework, no limits. Executive coaching is the formal engagement — booked hours, scheduled meetings, written deliverables, travel, and Steve embedded in your company. Streamlined from the Strategic Growth Proposal, with the real numbers.

  • Hourly, 10-hour, or 25-hour retainers
  • Remote or onsite
  • NDA on request

The Chairman's Circle PRO line is Steve on demand: text him, and if he is free you are on a video call in minutes; no standing calls, no team meetings, no homework, no limits. Executive coaching is the other door: booked hours, scheduled meetings, written deliverables, travel, and Steve embedded in your company.

Engagement options

  • Hourly — $1,800 per hour. Advisory by the hour, invoiced monthly. For a defined question with a defined end. No block to buy, no minimum beyond the retainer deposit.
  • Starter pack — $15,000 10-hour retainer. A prepaid block for a shorter sprint. Fifteen percent under the hourly rate. The right size for one decision, one diagnosis, or one system rebuilt.
  • Standard pack — $25,000 25-hour retainer. Prepaid depth for a longer engagement. Thirty-one percent under the hourly rate. Best value for a company that wants Steve in the room over a quarter.

Every engagement starts with a retainer deposit. Hours are booked in advance after coordination with you, and retained clients are prioritised accordingly. Work does not begin before payment based on the estimated engagement. A retainer pack runs at most one year from initiation to completion. Unused time is forfeited. Not available to publicly traded companies. Ask for the C88 Enterprise proposal instead.

Remote or onsite

Remote, on Zoom or the tool you already use: the standard retainer or hourly rate applies. Onsite is billed as eight hours per day plus travel (air, hotel, car). Transit time inside the USA is not charged, only the impact. Onsite days need scheduling lead time. Book more than three onsite days in a year and the current client rate is halved for each eight-hour day. On the standard pack that is $4,000 for a full day onsite, before hotel and travel.

The process

  1. Kickoff: Pull back the curtain

Data, marketing stats, tech stack, SOPs, AI tools and tactics — whatever it takes to triangulate the truth. Two tracks run at once: your personal track and the business track. Some companies level-set in one call; some take several.

  2. Homework: Your commitment is not a chat

Most calls are an hour or less and end with a data request or a leadership assignment for you. The time together is only as productive as the work you bring back to it.

  3. Research and scoping: Find the high-impact opportunities

Steve analyses the data behind your stated objective and your systems, identifies where the leverage is, and scopes the time it will take.

  4. Economics calibration: Sanity-check the base

Customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, unit margins. Together, so the plan is built on numbers that hold.

  5. Review loop: Reality against hope

Early findings, your feedback, adjusted assumptions. The loop runs until the picture is honest.

  6. Diagnosis and roadmap: The deliverable

A clear, prioritised action plan: growth levers, AI integrations worth doing, operational bottlenecks, and funnel tune-ups. Written down, in order.

What success looks like

  • Customer acquisition cost is predictable, and dropping.
  • Unit economics make sense, and scale.
  • The team stops guessing and executes with clarity around the lead funnel.
  • Waste is cut, workflows are optimised, budget is reallocated to what works.
  • A roadmap grounded in numbers, not fluff.

Questions

How is this different from the Chairman's Circle PRO on-demand line?

PRO is access: text Steve, and if he is free you are on a video call in minutes; if not he gets back to you as soon as he can. No standing calls, no team meetings, no homework, and no limits. Executive coaching is formality: booked hours, scheduled meetings, deliverables on paper, travel, and Steve embedded in your company. If you want to claim his calendar, this is the door.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Send your standard NDA, or ask for Catalyst88's. Either way, what matters is protected. Steve does not betray secrets.

Will Steve tell me what I want to hear?

No. If something is broken he will say so, if an assumption is flawed he will challenge it, and if a sacred cow needs grilling he will light the coals. Delivered with respect, empathy, and humour, and never sugar-coated.

What does it take to start?

Pick an engagement tier, send your NDA or request Catalyst88's, drop a few time slots for the kickoff, and on confirmation you receive wiring instructions to lock in the spot.

Is remote or onsite better?

Most engagements run remotely at the standard rate. Onsite is for the moments a whiteboard and a walk through the warehouse beat a screen; it is billed by the eight-hour day plus travel, and bulk onsite days earn a fifty percent discount on the client rate.
